The main type of house in Beverly Hills are single-family homes on a large lot. Some properties span multiple acres while many are about one acre or less. Many houses line the streets. They are handsome smaller mansions,. Further out in the hills are larger estate-style properties. The size of houses vary quite a bit as well although most are fairly large (5,000 sq. ft. or larger). That said, there are some swanky condos and apartment buildings in the area as well. With respect to house styles, you can find every style of house in this tony suburb of L.A.

The nicest celebrity house in Beverly Hills is a personal opinion. Browse them above and see which is your favorite. My personal favorite, and it’s not an easy choice, is Orlando Bloom’s modern single-story house. It’s not huge or glitzy, but it offers spacious rooms with a very open design. You have to check out the built-in sunken sectional sofa.
