There are few people who wouldn’t love to have this home for a beach house. Fortunately you can obtain the full architectural plans here.
I’ve twice traveled to New England and visited many of the hot beach spots including Cape Cod and Nantucket. This home is very much like many of the luxury beach homes and cottages you find along the New England coast.
The total square footage is an impressive 6,921 square feet. It’s larger than it looks. While there is some open concept going on, the main floor isn’t what you’d call a great room. Instead, the rooms flow into one another with some degree of open concept which works well.
