A unique and intriguing cantilevered volume adds a striking character to this residential home. The volumes are clad in distressed panels and expansive glazing that enhances its modern appeal. Tubular steel posts along with slanted volumes on both sides of the house support the cantilevered structure.
The home’s strategic layout creates huge outdoor spaces. With the cantilevered and angled volumes, covered porches were easily set. The outdoor space features varied areas including a wooden deck, a pebbled patio, and a lush lawn. They were laid in a manner that they can be enjoyed both open and covered.
The glazed entry door is situated next to the garage. It welcomes guests into an entryway leading to an open-concept living.
The exterior’s modern charm is carried inside. It showcases contemporary furnishings and oversized sliding glass doors that create a smooth transition to the outdoors. Concrete accent walls add texture to the interior.
The living room features multiple sitting areas where one has a TV and the other has a fireplace giving the homeowner options to entertain. It opens completely to the combined kitchen and dining area creating a wonderful gathering space. Skylights along with oversized glass sliders boost the area’s ventilation.
