Grew up from Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Elizabeth Banks rose to fame for her work in Spider-Man, Invincible, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, W. and the blockbuster The Hunger Games as an actress and later on directed Pitch Perfect, where she also starred in.

Banks is a true definition of beauty and brains, as she was one of the most prettiest girls in her campus and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Just after she graduated, she earned MFA from the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and later on acquired on-screen experience in Gotham-based TV productions like Sex and the City and Third Watch. Following this milestone, she made her movie debut appearance in the drama titled Surrender Dorothy.

This break gave Banks multiple roles ranging from comedy to drama or horror to sci-fi films. She starred in the 2002 blockbuster film Spider-Man playing newspaper secretary Betty Brant. In Catch Me If You Can film, she played as a bank employee and in the following years performed multiple notable roles in big name movies such as The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Invincible, Meet Bill, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, Definitely, Maybe and a comeback of her Betty Brant role in Spider-Man’s 2004 and 2007 sequels.

Banks followed up by appearing in much bigger films such as George W. Bush biopic W, The Hunger Games, and Pitch Perfect. In Pitch Perfect movie, she helped in the production of the film while in Pitch Perfect 2, she also worked as the film director.

Following her success in The Hunger Games and Pitch Perfect, the multi-talented star now owns a $6.8 million property located in the San Fernando Valley city of Sherman Oaks. With its sprawling 6,572 square feet, the traditional ranch-style home is complete with cozy and elegant indoor and outdoor amenities.

The property welcomes both family and friends via private gates received by French oak floors and vaulted ceiling. There’s a variety of living spaces, such as formal, family and reading rooms. The formal dining room boasts an elegant set of table and chairs lighted by a chandelier while the kitchen feature marble countertops and equipped by stainless steel appliances and a wall-mounted TV while offering a dine-in small rectangular table near the window. The bedroom is complete with fireplace and TV for entertainment while the bathroom offers a bathtub and a shower.

Outside, a wide lawn provides home for trees and healthy grass, while giving multiple sitting spaces overlooking the San Fernando Valley neighborhood as well. There’s a large patio, a courtyard featuring French limestone flooring and a swimming pool perfect for entertaining guests and is completed by four-car garage.
