Atlantic Beach follows a sleek, modern language of modern levels and half-levels that spill over one another in a series of private patios, each with a panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean. Clad in thermally-modified radiata pine, the materials and textures themselves overlap in various tones and applications: kebony wood rainscreen, weathered wood siding, concrete, bluestone, and glass bring depth and variety to the minimalist architecture.
