Welcome to our gallery featuring the stunning Villa Spee project by Lab 32 Architecten.
Lab 32 Architecten has developed a primarypiece in the Netherlands. Built on top of a sloped landscape, this gorgeous home is full of interesting angles and shapes. Even the steps leading up to the front door are bent and asymmetrical for a playful and unique entrance. The home is lined with glass, and the roof has a deep seated slant to give it a compressed and shapely appearance.
Rustic, light wooden panels cover most of the windows in the front of this home for a compelling take on privacy. And while the outside of this home is a beautiful cream color, the inside is a bright snow white color, with highlights of black for a truly magnificent contrast. The polar opposite colors pop against one another in the shimmering glow of the light that filters through one of many of the windows in this house.
Lab 32 Architecten is a Dutch company that works with both private and corporate clients. They have a vision for extraordinary designs that are bold and fierce from the inside out. Many of their pieces are contemporary, and their architecture features a lot of glass and modern color schemes.
This particular example from Lab 32 Architecten is a residential project built on the site of a home originally constructed in the 1960s. It is a floating building using the slope of the land in its favor for a unique design. The house is sleek and perfect for a small family looking for a state-of-the-art place to call home.
The outside of the home has fantastic landscaping leading right up to the side of this stylish house. Natural light wood lines the windows of the wall. They adjust to accommodate the residents’ preferences of privacy in each room.
This brilliant white hallway is illuminated by large rectangular skylights. The corridor starts off wide, and narrows as it reaches the door at the end of the hallway, giving it a unique shape and feeling.
The living room features dark furniture and black accents to contrast the white of the floor and walls. A large window brings a wealth of light into this space, giving it a tranquil and welcoming radiance.
The living room and dining room are separated by a large wall made of dark natural wood. A serene fireplace, seen from both sides, resides within the wall.
The dining room and kitchen are in an open floor plan together. The black and white colors of the room, along with the abstract center piece above the table, make this space a contemporary primarypiece.
The kitchen has a lot of hidden storage spaces that are disguised within the unique linear pattern in the walls. The appliances are built directly into the wall for a spacious room.
The modernized bathroom is full of angles and shapes. This space is chic and stylish with metallic and black accents through the room.
