A Sale Price Compared to Recent Property Purchases Nearby

Today, the Beverly House is currently listed for a modest $125 million in terms of the purchase price and is ready for an immediate sale. It was originally constructed in 1927 and reflects an H-form design-build that was the fashion at the time for large homes and mansions. That design mirrored features found in Spain and Italy with long outdoor hallways bordered by columns. Inside the structure enjoyed the additions of huge windows running from the floor to the ceiling as well as maximization of space.

Location-wise the Beverly House is extremely close to Sunset Boulevard as well as the Beverly Hills Hotel, three street blocks to be exact. The property itself sits on five acres of land regionally right in the heart of Beverly Hills, with a perimeter completely surrounded by fencing, security systems, and various structures.

With a unique style known as a “Mediterranean Estate,” the Beverly House epitomizes old luxury and style with majestic outdoor pools and lush gardens crowned with mature, full trees. A blend of Spanish stucco style and Moroccan outdoor hints almost give a visitor a feel of being someone in Southern Europe or even North Africa.
