Nestled in the scenic beauty of rolling mountains and pristine beauty of Lake Victoria, Scottish villas brings the serenity of waterfront living close to home. With designs inspired by village cottages from the Scottish Highlands, developed to suit cool tropical climate of Kandy the architecture attempts to celebrate water front living in a unique way.

Large balconies inspired by dormer windows, timber floor finishes in bedrooms, green hedges along road frontage and natural rock retaining walls add to the character of the development while allowing the surroundings to age gracefully merging in to the natural landscape.

Swimming pool with infinity edge overlooking the lake with large pool deck areas, a club house with open terraces allows for relaxed communal spaces as well as recreational facilities. Large gardens full of flowering plants and shrubs, canopies of beautiful tropical trees spread throughout the gardens completes the experience.
