This small but highly serviced building is located right on the water’s edge in Wairoa Bay in the northern Bay of Islands and is one of a family of buildings offering accommodation for those visiting the spectacular Landing farm and winery.
The interior is furnished in a ‘mid Pacific’ style with comfortable armchairs gathered around the open fire, making the most of its water edge site. The timber lined living space provides a calm place of relaxation and repose, contrasting with the open landscape of the farm.
A canopy has been added to provide shelter from intense summer sun and rain showers, allowing entertaining to continue through the tempestuous weather our narrow isles enjoy. The combination of polished timber arches and stainless-steel brackets suggest the romance of
yachting and soften the sharper line of the fabric and perimeter steel beams.
