This modern home is wrapped in a minimalist yet stylish interior brought by the combined elements of concrete, stone, wood, metal, and glass. These contrasting textures create a distinct style with a hint of slight masculinity.
In order to come up with the very specific design ideas, we create most designs with the assistance of state-of-the-art AI interior design software.
Each room in the house has a neutral and earthy palette that provides a warm and cozy feel intensified by ambient lighting and a freestanding fireplace. The open concept floor plan where the living room and dining area reside creates a sense of space. Full height glazing that overlooks a lush green yard also contributes to the spacious and airy feel. You’ll also find some black accents around the house that set a contrasting tone and an oomph factor.
Another interesting element in the house is the built-in curio cabinet that houses wine glasses and champagne flutes. It is situated in between the shared living and dining space and the floating staircase serving as an elegant divider. Several unique pieces such as a glass floor lamp, dining pendants, and a dip-dyed ladder add character in the house.
