Details
This single-story home offers a spread-out layout built for comfort and easy movement between everyday spaces. The front porch leads into a bright living room set at the center of the home, creating a natural hub that connects directly to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a large island, ample counter space, and quick access to a walk-in pantry, making it practical for both daily cooking and hosting.
The primary suite is positioned in its own corner for privacy. It features a spacious bedroom, a large bathroom with both a soaking tub and a shower, and an oversized walk-in closet. A hallway connects the suite to a dedicated office and the laundry room, keeping work and household tasks close but still separated from the main living area.
On the opposite side of the home, two additional bedrooms are arranged around a shared vestibule, each with its own closet and direct access to a full bathroom. This layout works well for family members or guests who need their own space.
A generous rear porch extends from the kitchen and dining area, creating an easy transition to outdoor living. The attached garage includes a separate work area, adding room for projects, storage, or tools. A family entry connects the garage to the interior, providing a convenient drop zone that helps keep the main living spaces organized.
