At the front entrance of this home, you step into an open space with a unique staircase to the side. The floor is textured and compliments the patterns on the wall behind the stairs. Immediately you are greeted with this modern design.
Opposite of the staircase, there is a large kitchen island, complete with a sink and stove. A rich wood grain is wrapped around the outer edge of the island, and also covers the drawers on the inside of the island.
Moving deeper into the house, you will notice that the kitchen island features an eat-in counter. The cabinetry behind the island shares it’s space with kitchen appliances, both follow a stark white color scheme.
This dining space allows you to enjoy the evening air while still remaining in a comfortable interior setting. A large sliding curtain can be pulled out of the wall to create a barrier for this dining room. Otherwise, it shares an open space with the patio and pool area.
In the living room, you will notice that this space also opens up to a backyard and patio area. The L-shaped couch faces the patio opening, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the natural light and fresh air. Multiple shelving units and a modern fireplace is featured on the adjacent wall.
This home also includes an office space, complete with stylish designer chairs and a fashionable modern glass desk. The white and black color scheme make the space both professional and comfortable. A large plush carpet also compliments the surrounding floor.
This bathroom space is open and quite spacious. A single counter is mounted to the wall with cabinets featured below. Two sinks allow for two people to wash up at the same time, and a long mirror runs the length of the countertop. The textured tile floor extends up the wall and to the ceiling.
The bathroom space also features a sophisticated soaking tub, set in front of a large wall of windows, providing a view. The walk in shower is encased in glass and features a wood grain interior, contrasting the rest of the bathroom.
The exterior of this home features a patio space and pool in the backyard, but this upper level deck also includes two couches for lounging in the outside air. The flooring is consistent with that of the interior, and a dark glass railing helps to give the patio space some extra privacy.
