John Legend is known for the many hit songs he sings and the ones he has penned as a songwriter. Born as John Roger Stephens in 1978 in Springfield, Ohio, John Legend is the only black man to win all four a Tony, Emmy, Grammy, and Oscar for his work. He met model Chrissy Teigen in 2006 after she appeared in his video for the song, “Stereo,” and got engaged in 2011.
