Here's a great collection of concrete houses which I refer to as houses with a concrete exterior. Some are brutalistic in design while others are warmer with glass and wood. All types. Unique homes for sure.
Most homeowners don’t opt for exposed concrete exteriors, but some do and it can be striking. Depending on the structure, it can come off as brutalist architecture but doesn’t have to. An exterior with concrete combined with plenty of glass and natural wood can be luxurious and even warm. These three materials are somewhat common exteriors for modern homes.
This collection offers a variety of home styles despite all having a concrete exterior. Some you may like while others you may find unattractive. It’s an interesting choice for an exterior, but then there are many interesting choices in home design.
On another note, just because a home is built with concrete slabs or blocks or poured doesn’t mean the exterior will be exposed concrete. There are many concrete homes with other types of siding and exteriors done so well you’ll never know the house made of concrete.
