Francesca and her team balanced the natural elements of the home and its contemporary architectural style through design-forward pieces and eclectic art.

The home features fluted tile on the fireplaces, warm oak wood finishes and slats throughout the home, and the black painted exterior which creates the perfect yin and yang. When designing homes, Francesca is inspired by a home’s architectural and design elements, and wants her clients to feel inspired.

The design team used a lot of color and pattern with art, bedding, rugs, and decor pieces, and added statement pieces including the green dining room chairs, “legs” coffee table, and the caned black bed which created an artful and whimsical environment.

In the outdoor spaces, the design team added modern colorful pieces throughout to play off the green walls and pool tiles and ground the design with earthy elements.

The home is truly reflective of Francesca’s personal aesthetic, blending functional design with statement pieces and thoughtful patterns for a curated and soulful look.
