This was a major renovation project for a home in the Broadmoor area of Seattle by David Coleman Architecture.
The house was built in the 1970’s. The renovation goal was to improve the layout and update the interior design. David Coleman Architecture, in our view, did a spectacular job.
What I love about this house as you’ll see below is how the interior is built around a main gallery. Corridors are often an afterthought, but not here. The corridor is a focal point of the house which makes it really great.
The sprawling home sits on a one-half acre lot. Check it out.
