This is a project of a modern residence, which despite its large area of almost 1000 m2, visually seems to be a light and expressive architectural volume. We have achieved this effect thanks to the harmonious finishing of the facades with simple and honest materials: concrete, glass, wood.
The complex topography of the site has influenced the architectural forms, but we have managed to maintain the aesthetic geometry of the two-storey house. All the main rooms we have oriented towards the picturesque river. The shape-forming factor in the planning solution was an open atrium with plants, which creates a special dynamic in the architecture of the house.
