For years, this grand estate was Ivan and Samantha Lendlโs full-time home. As their children got older, it became their summer-fall house, and they would travel between Connecticut and Florida. Lendl is now 63 and officially retired from playing professional tennis in 1994. He won eight Grand Slam titles and was runner-up 11 times, giving him the title of the first man to contest 19 major finals.
