Selling Price of Coastal Compound

The price of the property is set at $6.5 million for an expansive space that has been in her ownership for 18 years. This has been the loving abode and coastal retreat for Bullock. Her two young children have been coming to the vacation home for their entire lives. Bullock reports she is selling the property in order to diversify her real estate investments. She also has multiple other properties around the world. This includes two homes in Los Angeles and Hollywood, CA where she is busy as an actress working on films and television shows.
