Details
This prairie-style duplex features clean lines, a low-pitched roof, and a sleek, horizontal siding that gives it a streamlined, modern look. The exterior is finished in muted tones with wide overhangs and a balanced facade that highlights its symmetry. The front-facing two-car garage is seamlessly integrated into the design, while the entrance is modestly tucked under a small covered porch.
The main level offers an open-concept living and dining area with stepped ceilings that add volume and visual interest. The kitchen sits adjacent to the entry, designed for both function and flow, with a flush eating bar and pantry nearby. A private owner’s suite is located on the opposite end of the main level, complete with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath. Just off the living room, a balcony provides space for outdoor relaxation, while a smaller covered patio is positioned off the kitchen area.
The lower level is configured as a self-contained ADU, complete with its own entry, living area, full kitchen, and bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level, along with a storage/utility room and dedicated laundry space, making it ideal for multi-generational living or rental potential.
