  11. so, i was checking out that article about the best suburbs in tennessee and noticed brentwood is almost at the top. always thought it was pricey there, but guess it’s got a lot going for it to be ranked so high.

    1. Brentwood definitely has its pros with great schools and communities. It’s pricey but many find it worth it for the location and amenities.

    2. do you know if the property values in brentwood have been going up consistently? considering it as an investment.

  16. I’ve been seeing these kinds of lists for years and always take them with a grain of salt. Just because a suburb is ranked highly doesn’t mean it’s the perfect fit for everyone. Always do your due diligence before making a move, folks.
