Accessible Beige is perfectly named, because it is a great color that everyone will appreciate. This beige has some subtle undertones of gray, but they remain soft and not overpowering. This is a great color to pair with wood tones in your family room. It works well on a north or south facing room and it does not weigh down the room.
This is a lighter color. At 55, Accessible Beige has a light reflectance value (LRV) that is a little higher than middle of the road, which means it will be a little lighter on your walls.

Barcelona Beige is a soft beige that is a little warm, but not completely. It is a light to medium beige color, that does not have much gray to it. It is not as warm as you might expect a beige to be. It does not have too much of a yellow or orange undertone.
It does not have as much golden color to it, so it is best on a wall that faces the south to pick up some natural color. This color needs a good amount of lighting in the room because it has a lower LRV of 47.
