Welcome to our gallery featuring a fantastically luxurious New York penthouse designed by Pepe Calderin Designs.
This home features a light, neutral color palette and a classy, sophisticated design scheme.
As an apartment, the living space is limited, but this penthouse still manages to fit a luxuriously sized family room, living room, dining room, and a modestly sized modern kitchen into the main living space. Even the single bedroom is spacious, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that look out on the city below.
Sleek modern and contemporary light fixtures are combined with small recessed lights throughout the penthouse to create a brightly lit space, even at night, in a city full of lights.
Look for the most stunning features of this penthouse, including the television inset into one of the walls, a globe chandelier that stretches an astounding width across the family room, and low-profile furniture.
The penthouse also features unique architectural details including a tray ceiling above the dining table, built-in floating shelving, and marble accent pillars.
We hope you’ll enjoy this fantastic, luxurious penthouse overlooking the New York city lights!
The family room is situated across from a reflective wall that makes the smaller space feel twice as large. The light fixture above the cream sectional has many small mirrored globes. A shelf runs along the top portion of the wall.
The television is contained within the support pillar. Curtains hang not only to cover the windows, but to visually separate portions of the apartment.
An uninterrupted view of the family room, showing the unique rug, reflective wall, and the hallway that leads off to the bedroom.
Between the kitchen and the formal living room is the dining room. On the wall to the right is a smart television in the wood paneled wall, and a series of adjustable floating shelving.
The formal living room has two distinct seating areas; one is an ultra low-profile chocolate brown sectional with a chaise, the other is a contemporary sofa in gray. The floor-to-ceiling windows are covered with sheer drapes with a light pink undertone.
Between rows of windows are marble accent pillars, marking the way into the white ultra-modern kitchen.
Side tables include a glass-topped chrome table and a black low-profile coffee table.
A closer look at the dining room, showing the glossy circular table with a helix support in the center and the cube chandelier hanging from the circular accent medallion on the ceiling.
White chairs contrast strongly with the black table, but tie in well with the light gray hardwood floors. To the right is an eat-in bar in the kitchen.
A final look at the dining room from the kitchen, showing the way the rooms flow into one another.
The penthouse’s bedroom is an enormously spacious room surrounded on three sides by a cityscape view.
Between the foot of the bed and the floor-to-ceiling windows is an island-like dresser with minimalist pulls. To the left is a small desk area.
A view of the bedroom from the far left wall, showing the modern chaise against the window, a floating shelf on the wall, and the slim pendant lights hanging on either side of the bed.
