Welcome to our gallery featuring the Moonlight Villa by ARS-IDEA Interior and Architectural Design.
This sublime home interior design features an abundance of natural wood and sleek glass elements.
The unique material combination allows for a surprising take on efficient modern design.
The expert design team at ARS-IDEA brings over 10 years and 150 projects worth of experience to bear in this open concept space. The maturity of vision shows through every detail, large and small.
The first thing you’re likely to notice is the striking juxtaposition between natural wood – a traditional material – and the sleek, minimalist shapes and textures that fill out the home.
This approach makes the wood feel modern while bringing a timeless softness to the sharply defined modernity.
As you look over the image above, you’ll notice the use of a frameless glass divider between the living room and kitchen areas of the open plan design. This novel touch allows for the interior to feel expansive while still offering practical separation of spaces.
Despite covering a relatively small floor plan, the team managed to fit in a wealth of textural and tonal detail, from subtle recessed lighting to the expert usage of natural wood on feature walls and even the bedroom ceiling.
Massive windows throughout offer enough natural light to fill the interior, aided by the open plan design.
The cohesive nature of this design is one of our favorite things about it. Everywhere you look feels like a perfect reflection of the whole.
The living room centers on a large contemporary sectional sofa in dark grey, bringing subtle contrast to the space. Large windows cast natural light over the rich hardwood floors from end to end.
Turning to the right, we take in the expansive-feeling open area that includes the dining and kitchen spaces. One of several wood feature walls is seen at center, with a large painting bookended by metal sconces.
This area features a bold white marble fireplace and shelving component, offering storage for firewood and framing the entertainment equipment. It’s a nice rustic touch within the larger modern design.
The dining room is simply a broad strip of space between the living room and kitchen, which means it has plenty of space despite lacking a dedicated room. The dark wood table and light grey chairs add a bit of nuance to the dark-neutral color scheme.
The kitchen is flush with bright tones, including white marble countertops, sleek white cabinetry, and white tile flooring. Upper shelving in black, as well as stainless steel appliances and hardware, add a dose of contrast.
The primary bedroom is a huge space, incorporating a sleeping area and distinct relaxing space with armchairs and table. The bed is framed by a massive wall-size headboard and overlooked by star-like embedded lights.
The space theme is furthered by a set of artful moon photographs in one corner. Next to this, a sleek vanity sits near the en suite bathroom entry.
