The furniture has also been widely acclaimed, designed by Klaus Rinke. The new owner can walk to art galleries, bars, restaurants, and a Farmers Market all on the pier and boardwalk that have been the backdrop for many movies and television shows.
The beach house has been reduced in price from $5.195 million to $4.75 million and is 2,920 square feet. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sleeping loft, a great room, kitchen, and formal dining room.
