Welcome to our gallery featuring a contemporary loft-style apartment with a gorgeous country-club view, designed by Jerry Jacobs Design.

Classic simplicity is the perfect way to describe this luxurious 5000 square foot apartment. The living, dining and study areas are all in the same room with soaring 13 foot ceilings that keep the space from feeling cramped. The glass-enclosed kitchen comes directly off the main living space, with the frosted glass door coming directly off of the dining area.
From the large sectional sofa facing the library wall in the photograph above, the gorgeous view of the country-club greenery is visible through the large paned windows. A rolling bookcase ladder is a fantastic added feature.
Look for light hardwood flooring throughout the home, except in the bathrooms, where white tile floors dominate. The walls in every room are a basic neutral, and colors are brought into each room through patterned accent pillows, bright rugs and artwork.
Another feature to notice is the use of colored cabinetry and countertops. Look for bright blue cabinetry in the kitchen and red butcher block countertops in the primary bathroom.
We hope you will enjoy this very contemporary loft-style apartment with plenty of space and a bird’s-eye-view of the nearby country club.
The glass-enclosed kitchen has a peek-through to the main living area. The kitchen island extends into a circular bar area with purple, red, and white seating around it. The metallic blue cabinets add another color into the mix.
The enormous main living area includes a glass dining table, study area, and floor-to-ceiling library wall. The white sectional sofa is spruced up with bright blue accents and primary red rug.
Another view of the living room, showing the bespoke dual desks on the other side of the room. The white cabinet doors over the light hardwood desk surfaces brighten up the space. On the counter between the two workspaces is a glass vase full of red tulips.
This view from the hallway better shows the desk area. The top of the desks are lined with chair sculptures.
A sunset view of the living room. The entertainment center is tucked neatly into the rest of the bookcase. Recessed lighting above the bookcase wall keeps the room bright after the sun sets.
The primary bedroom has an open suite bathroom. A sitting room is in the hallway next to the bedroom, and another bedroom is in the room beyond.
Taken from the doorway between the primary bedroom and the primary bathroom, this photo shows the bright red accents of the primary bedroom filtering into the deep red butcher block countertops of the bathroom vanity. Reflected in the mirror is the whirlpool spa shower stall.
The guest bedroom has two queen beds with matching royal purple headboards. A long runner connects the two seating arrangements at either end of the room.
Another bathroom has dual showers enclosed in frosted glass. The soaking tub has purple striped towels that match the purple counters.
Another half-bathroom showing the shelving above the commode and the narrowing vanity with a stainless steel sink.
