Details

Sloping rooflines and expansive windows enhance the modern aesthetic of this contemporary ranch style home. It features a sleek entry and a split garage layout that both enter the home through the mudroom.

As you step inside, a foyer with a coat closet greets you. It opens into the formal dining room on the left and the combined great room and kitchen ahead. The great room offers a wonderful gathering space complete with a cozy fireplace and sliding glass doors that bring the outdoors in. The kitchen includes a roomy pantry, an immense island, and an adjoining breakfast nook.

All four bedrooms are clustered on the right wing along with the home office. Two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath while the primary suite and bedroom 4 come with their own bathroom.

A vaulted flex room completes the house plan. It has outdoor access and would make a great hobby room or a playroom for kids to enjoy.
