Welcome to our gallery featuring the striking Villa Chic guest house!
The Villa Chic project is the realization of the Parisian owners’ย dreamย ofย creating rental houses like the ones they were constantly in search of when they fell in love with Tuscany.
Located in Cortona, a town in the Arezzo province of Tuscany, Italy,ย this gorgeous little rental spot is a sight to see.
The entire Villa Chic compound can comfortably sleep eight people, with six in the main house and two in the guest house. In this gallery we are featuring the guest house in its entirety.
When beginning the remodel, the owner’s tried to keep the exterior or the house as true to the original as they could while incorporating a comfortable yet minimal design of the interior.
The houses are filled with iconic Italian designs, as well a furniture designed by the owners themselves, with a few rustic vintage pieces found throughout the residence.
The guest house is fully equipped for a coupleย with a primary suite, bathroom, living room, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor seating, stunning views of the surrounding countryside, and its own private pool.
The house offers panoramic views of the landscapeย and extensive garden. Winding patios surround the house and connect it to both pools and the main house.
We hope that you enjoy this lovely peak at a relaxing spot!
This gorgeous exterior has been most preserved from the original design while the landscaping around it has been completely redone to better accommodate the comfort of the guests.
A better view some of the gardens surrounding the compound comprised of olive trees, cypresses, fig trees, and rosemary. An assortment of rocks has been moved into the area for landscaping and the owners opted for gabion walls to border the edges of the garden.
The minimalist living room is flushย with iconic Italian furniture pieces. A tile floors maintains a rugged and functional space when transitioning from outdoor to indoor and vise versa. Beautiful wall art adds color to the clean space.
The streamlined kitchen comfortably seats two and offers up all the amenities necessary of a kitchen including a low-profile cooktop. Unique, minimal window framing adds some interest to the space without taking away from the panoramic views offered throughout the house.
One side of the single bedroom offered in the guest house. Following the minimalist design, everything is basic but comfortable. The room can be sectioned off by curtains to block off the large windows.
The bedside of the room. A tufted headboard softens the room and adds subtle color to the space. Again, vivid abstract wall art adds interest and color to the room.
Here you can better see the gorgeous glossy wall art. The antique framed mirror in the corner complements the ladder suspended from the ceiling for a touch of vintage charm.
The full bathroom attached to the primary suite is covered in a beautiful array of tiles and subtle colors. The minimalist design of the sink and toilet is counterbalanced by the uniquely shaped mirror.
The guest house private pool comfortably hosts two and is attached to the house by a stone patio.
