Welcome to our gallery featuring the magnificent Villa Van Schijndel by Lab 32 Architecten.
Lab 32 Architecten is a Dutch company that works with both private and corporate clients. They have a vision for extraordinary designs that are bold and fierce from the inside out. Many of their pieces are contemporary, and their architecture features a lot of glass and modern color schemes.
This project by Lab 32 Architecten was once a home built long before this modern style appeared. Lab 32 Architecten remodeled the old house into this gorgeous up-to-date piece of art. The new home has plenty of glass and sleek white walls for a thoroughly contemporary look. The furniture was picked for the same minimalistic appearance. Each piece chosen for its smooth appearance and neutral colors.
Keep your eye out as you go through our gallery for the subtle hints of color created by hidden neon lights. Each room glows with individual lights for a dainty and peaceful atmosphere.
The landscape surrounding this home is lush and green, with plenty of foliage. Each window provides a natural and wild view of the great nature outside. The home stands tall and proud as a white sculpture between the trees.
We hope you love this home as much as we do!
Here we can see the back side of the home. Glazing surrounds the back of the home, and a patio can bathe in sunlight through the slitted squares in the roof that extends over the sitting area.
The living room is a brilliant white color with large windows lining the wall for lots of natural illumination. A large dark colored rug and swirled black and white chair add contrast to this beautiful room.
The dining room and kitchen have an open floor plan and natural light filtering through large picture windows. The chairs have blue seat cushions to provide a splash of color against the white room.
A large curved table sits in the center of a communal area. A cylinder shaped metallic light adds a beautiful amber haze to this simple room.
The glossy white bathroom has a large glass shower and sleek pedestal tub for a futuristic style. A hidden neon light rounds the perimeter of the far wall of the bathroom for a splash of color.
Here we can see another angle of the bathroom that reveals the glass countertop and vessel sinks. Take note of the change of color in the neon light from purple to pink. The neon lights change color for a playful addition to the bathroom.
