The Modern Penthouse is an innovative new home in Kansas City, Missouri, designed with an open-plan, cutting-edge-of-contemporary style in mind. The main body of the interior seamlessly blends kitchen, dining, and living room spaces into a single room, connected by large format tile flooring and a coherent lighting and design scheme.

The name of the game in this home is high end modern design, with luxurious, forward thinking elements informing every aspect of the home. Our gallery may focus on the main open-plan space, but every area within the  home is remarkably of-a-piece with the central design language.

There are several details that truly pop within this interior, drawing attention to the modern styling. Look for the all-glass floating wine rack, pictured above, the marble wrapped fireplace wall, and the immaculately placed lighting. You’ll notice a glowing custom walk-in closet, expansive primary bedroom en suite, and even an abundance of artwork, highlighting the creative nature of the space itself.

With its dense mixture of progressive elements and thoughtful styling, this home is one of the premier examples of modern design today.
