Welcome to our gallery focusing on the elegant 21st Century Bungalow design by The Inman Company, headed by Shane D. Inman, CKD, ASID, IIDA.
The design of this newly crafted, 3000 square foot bungalow meets at the intersection of elegance, drama, durability, and practicality.
The home features environmentally friendly espresso stained bamboo flooring, 30 foot high ceilings, 12 inch custom crown molding, and two discrete gourmet kitchens.
The main kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, granite countertops, the latest in appliances, and unique touches like an antique-finished island and vintage glass tile work. The secondary, casual kitchen is awash in slate, featuring removable windows and a 36 inch built-in grill for an outdoor dining feel inside.
Three fireplaces feature throughout the home, which features abundant built-in storage and display space. Architecturally styled board-and-batten wainscoting contributes to the welcoming look of this home.
Upper level family room is a perfect space for entertaining and watching movies, with a projector hanging over a trio of plush leather seating options and jet black coffee table. A wide span of windows allows for natural light, while film-set-style floor lamp helps set the mood.
With a low vaulted ceiling and arched entertainment space, this room is perfect for family movie night. The soft hued walls and light beige carpet contrast with black tables and cabinetry.
The family room houses this compact kitchenette, with granite countertop over dark wood cabinetry and sink below an array of arched windows.
An open plan living room area on the upper floor sits below a soaring ceiling, between two sets of stairs. Floral pattern armchair and matching ottoman stand across a pair of compact square coffee tables from a brown roll-arm sofa.
The main entryway features extensive espresso-stained bamboo flooring, matching the tone of the hardwood front door. Storage options abound here.
Next we move to one of the kids’ bedrooms, with a surfing mural adorning the walls. Cubic shelving frames the bed, at right.
The built-in bunk bed is bored by large shelving wall at right, with pull-out storage below.
The bed-bracketing storage shelving features a pass-through shelf, opening the sleeping space to the rest of the room.
Master bedroom is filled with rich hues, including the bold floral wallpaper at far end. Brown and red bedsheets match the theme, over beige carpeting.
The nursery is filled with floral decals over soft green dresser and crib.
With a cozy reading cove area, the nursery holds this large armchair and matching ottoman beneath a slim window.
The bathroom holds granite countertops and white cabinetry with chrome hardware, here surrounding a singular white-wood framed mirror.
The large walk-in shower is fully glass-enclosed, with soft beige tiling throughout over white micro-tile flooring.
Here’s a second bathroom, sporting overlapping white tile flooring design beneath another class enclosure shower. Water closet resides behind a pocket door.
This bathroom features lush forest green granite countertops and an extra wide basin sink.
