We hope you enjoy this wonderful home, where each room is just as lovely as the last.
The living room is divided into two separate, distinct spaces that flow together with a similar color palette and design strategy. Half of the living room opens into the fenced in backyard via a sliding glass door. The open archway on the left leads into the kitchen and breakfast nook.
From this angle, we can see through the wide doorway into the other half of the living room, which has a piano, and sofas in a shade matching the accent pillows of this side of the living room.
The kitchen has an enormous island with some open shelving and tons of work space. The white cabinetry complements the stainless steel appliances and dark kitchen island countertop. Near the French doors that lead to the backyard is a small breakfast nook with plush white chairs and a dark wood table.
The more formal dining room has a natural wood slab table with contemporary high-backed chairs in white. The large iron chandelier hanging above adds to the rustic charm invoked by the table.
The red home office takes a departure from the more public rooms in the home with a bright shade of red paint on the walls and ceiling. The custom coffered ceiling is elegant and matches the white wainscoting on the lower walls and built-in shelving.
The home theater goes for old Hollywood luxury with gold walls and leather chairs. The three tiered room has leather recliners on the lowest tier, and leather lounge chairs on the top two. The room is accessorized with old movie posters.
The billiards room is in light taupe tile and white walls with small pot lights dotting the ceiling. The large built-in shelving contains a small refrigerator and a bar. Two large, deep leather chairs have a metallic side table between them.
The spacious primary bedroom on the second level has a beautiful enclosed fireplace in marble and wood, topped by four sunset pictures. The white bed frame has an enormously tall headboard and is flanked by two white chairs. Glass doors lead to the balcony overlooking the backyard.
A casual sitting room has lovely white contemporary furniture accented with pale yellow pillows that complement the natural fiber rug. The dark natural wood coffee table has a unique shape.
The kid’s bedroom is similarly designed to the sitting room. They have the same color palette, accent pillows, and natural fiber rug that covers the dark hardwood flooring. Antique swan rockers sit next to wicker storage cubes at the foot of each bed.
The guest bedroom is also very similar in design, with the same white bedding, rug, and paint color as the sitting room and kid’s room. Beneath the window is a white desk area.
The backyard patio is in gray flagstone with a heavy, solid coffee table between two cozy sofas just below the balcony outside of the primary bedroom.
