The most lavish and expensive private island in America has just been listed for sale. It’s interesting to note that this property was first listed on the market back in 2016 for $175 million. But now it’s back again and worth considering because of everything it offers.

The history of this beautiful home is quite interesting. It was built in 1902 and then purchased shortly after by Zieglar, a baking powder tycoon. It’s remained in the family since then.
