This two-story cottage boasts a well-thoughtful floor plan designed for a sloping lot. It has a welcoming exterior that showcases a classic siding, full-height windows, and an expansive front porch.
Upon entry, you have uninterrupted views of the living room, dining area, and L-shaped kitchen. The living room offers a double-sided fireplace shared by the primary bedroom. The kitchen has ample counter space and a curved island that seats three. A screened veranda off it makes great alfresco dining. It opens both to the rear deck and front porch.
