Sitting on nealry 3 acres, this Tuscan estate’s claim to fame are many features including extensive outdoor patios and custom interior design throughout. Notable rooms include a huge garage (see below), home gym, home office, elevator, separate suite, formal dining room, covered patio, walk-in closet and a wine cellar.
With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this home is plenty big for large families and/or an entertainers paradise.
Notable design features include stone and wood floors, iron doors, archways and a blue-sky mural kitchen ceiling.
Our favorite room of this impressive home is the kitchen design. It’s the kitchen that prompted us to feature this home. It includes a blue-sky mural ceiling, two islands, stone work and beautiful wood floors. It’s large enough for several people to cook at one time, yet not so large as to be cumbersome.
Many rooms look out onto courtyards and patios on the grounds (Tuscan style).
Overall, this room is impressive, elegant but also very comfortable. This is not an easy balance to achieve in design and architecture. Each room has a casualness to it, yet is impressive at the same time.

Second bedroom nearly as impressive as the primary. It’s spacious with access to a small patio.
Outer walkways to the grounds. Looks very Italian with stone work creating nooks and crannies. This could be courtyard found in many Italian villages.

As you can see, this garage is ideal for any car lover capable of storing 4+ vehicles comfortably.
