I think that we could all take a little bit of a lesson from the Spanish ways of life. While of course everyone is an individual with their own thoughts and patterns and customs and tastes and opinions, there is a certain beautiful way of existing you think of when you think of Spanish speaking cultures.
Passion, care, tenderness, warmth, heat, and flavor all come to mind when thinking of these ways of existing, and so much of those qualities can be represented in the kitchen. Of course, food is such an enormous way that all cultures connect within themselves, and the kitchen is such a wonderful room to emblematize those values.
That’s why we’ve created this collection of gorgeous and rich kitchen designs that have Spanish-inspired looks to them. Prepare to be blown away with inviting warmth, old world architectural details, painted tiles, classic design elements, and of course, a healthy bit of flare.
1. The Elegant Spanish Revival Kitchen
Floors & Walls: We’re starting off this collection with a remarkably stunning U shaped kitchen with an extra little corner area. It incorporates classic designs but with incredible modern execution, and of course some fancy flare here and there.
To start off, the floors are adorned with incredible oyster shell colored tiles with a marbling pattern and striking shine to them. The walls have been painted a warm white, which goes beautifully with ocean green tiles that have been used for the backsplash.
Features & Furniture: All of the choices that were made in this kitchen design feel impeccable. The charcoal colored cabinets go so well with the white countertops with dark gray marbling, as well as the stunning tiles. What kitchen wouldn’t be complete without its own wine fridge, stainless steel gas stove, and a double farmhouse style sink that is gold plated! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before!
Decor & More: I think that the designer for this kitchen was so smart in using golden accents all throughout the room. All of the hardware that we see is gold, from the cabinet and drawers handles, to the pull down faucet, and we also see golden accents in the globe pendant lights hanging over the breakfast bar. The color scheme is simple, elegant, and very effective.

2. The Gorgeous Industrial Warmth Kitchen
Floors & Walls: I love how kitchens can be warm and inviting in so many different ways. This kitchen in particular comes with a ton of industrial inspired elements like the concrete flooring, the huge garage-style window wall, and of course the exposed wooden beams in the ceiling that have been painted white to keep everything nice and bright.
Features & Furniture: This single wall kitchen is quite impeccable in its design. I honestly adore a kitchen that is more for hosting than it is for cooking, and this one has a great balance of both. The single wall kitchen feature is topped with distressed looking countertops and open shelving underneath.
A large and simple dining room table with a bleached wooden top is surrounded by an eclectic collection of black and white chairs with unique shapes. This kitchen is quirky, fun, warm, and stylish all rolled into one.
Decor & More: The main features of the room have so much personality in them that not much else is needed to make it feel complete. Colorful bowls sit atop the dining table, huge dome pendant lights hang over it, and nice dishes help decorate the open shelves.

3. The Stunning Stucco Kitchen
Floors & Walls: While in the last example we stepped away from Spanish inspiration just a little bit, this kitchen is maintaining it with the utmost pride. Starting with gorgeous stone brick flooring, the walls are incredibly high and decorated with a textured stucco finish, with gorgeously rich exposed wooden beams in the ceiling. This is a special room from head to toe!
Features & Furniture: This gorgeous kitchen comes at you from all sides, equipping you with tons of storage space and prepping surfaces. The counters themselves are made from smooth concrete, the cabinetry is made with gorgeous dark hardwood, and the backing for the kitchen island is made from rustic wood panels.
While so much of this beautiful room is tipping its hat to heritage, the things that are new and state of the art are just that, with stainless steel appliances, and gas stove top, and beautiful faucets for under-mount sinks.
Decor & More: I really appreciate how the decorations and extra little features of this room are so understated. Beautiful tiling is illuminated by clever lighting set underneath something floating shelves, simple ceramic hanging lights illuminate the generously sized kitchen island, and a black framed window really contrasts nicely with the beautiful stucco walls.

4. The Outstanding Olive Kitchen
Floors & Walls: This is an undoubtedly gorgeous space. It has so many good things going for it. It’s modern while still sticking to the Spanish theme we’re going for in this collection. This amazing space starts with very warmly stained hardwood floors and crisp white walls to match the crisp white ceilings.
Features & Furniture: The choice of green used for the wall-to-wall cabinetry and the siding for the kitchen island is warm, bold, and fresh all at the same time. Gorgeous amber slab has been used for the kitchen island counter, while shining white countertops match the awesome white tiled backsplash.
While so much of this room is lovely, it also doesn’t play around. This impressive stainless steel appliance featuring a double fridge, a full size freezer, and a wine fridge really ensures that you could have all that you possibly need to create a successful meal.
Decor & More: What I love most about this kitchen is how the decorations we see just really elevate it to a cozy place. The golden hardware looks so amazing against the green cabinets, the floating shelves are such a sweet place to display some prized ceramics and plants, and the choices of light fixtures are so clever!

5. The Heavenly Hosting Kitchen & Dining Room
Floors & Walls: This kitchen space is so gorgeous that it’s honestly a little bit difficult to comprehend that it’s real. This room is simply heavenly, and it all starts with gorgeous antique hardwood floors with a faded warm stain, and cream colored walls with elegant bordering.
Features & Furniture: First of all, I think that the open concept of this space is just to die for. The L shaped space features some gorgeous craftsmanship with a matching kitchen island. The cream theme really works against the hardwood floors.
The copper above the gas stove is superbly elegant, while the wooden floating shelves bring another rustic element to the lighter themed room. White brick backsplash keeps things fresh, while stainless steel appliances and black hardware keeps things modern.
Decor & More: I always love it when the decorations of a kitchen are simply the gorgeous dishwares that inhabit it. The floating shelves show off lovely ceramics, simple lighting does its job, while rustic elements sprinkled throughout the room really makes the space feel perfectly balanced. I do declare that this is my favorite in the whole collection.

6. The Ostentatiously Ornate Kitchen
Floors & Walls: I just had to include this kitchen is the collection because of how over-the-top it is. While the design may seem slightly outdated to some, you simply cannot deny how gorgeous and expertly made it is. It’s truly something to behold, and those cabinets are guaranteed to outlive you and all your grandkids.
This amazing space starts with newer hardwood floors with a rich and warm stain. The ceilings feature a gorgeous domed shaped and are lined with red bricks – this is something that I’ve never seen before – and the walls feature a very interesting choice of dark blue wallpaper with some kitschy little polka dots.
Features & Furniture: Now for the good stuff. Live edge wooden slabs have been used for the kitchen island countertops, while smooth cream ceramic countertops adorn the rest. The cabinets themselves are inexplicably stunning, made from mahogany wood and carved with impeccably ornate designs.
Decor & More: There is nothing about this room that doesn’t make you feel like you’re in a tavern, including the lighting. While candle chandeliers hang from the ceiling, recessed lighting that lines the entire lower border of the ceiling really lifts it and makes the room feel expansive. Gorgeous collections of decorative ceramics sit atop the countertops.
This incredible space was sourced from Carved Custom Cabinets.
7. The Eccentric & Electric Kitchen
Floors & Walls: It’s not every day that you see a kitchen as gorgeous and eclectic as this one, so when you do, you gotta revel in it! I love it when a designer isn’t afraid to play around with some patterns, and we see that here with this fun geometric tiling for the floors. Walls and ceilings are crisp white, allowing for some fun in the rest of the room as well.
Features & Furniture: Black cabinetry acts as a great source of contrast, while also allowing for some bold and bright things to happen around them. I adore the built in shelving unit around the sliding doors with black framing as wall. It all feels very cohesive.
Brown leather stools and wooden countertops bring a rustic element to a rather modern and bold space, while an arched doorway brings a unique shape to the space as well. There’s so much to look at in this room, but it all manages to work really well together.
Decor & More: This room is decorated in a rather expert way in my opinion – literally just with the personal effects of a persons home (but of course, organized to perfection). The shelves feature colorful books, artwork, and ceramics. The golden hanging lamps over the kitchen island bring a really nice metallic pop as well!
This gorgeous kitchen space was designed by clรฉ tile.
8. The Old Fashioned Elegance Kitchen
Floors & Walls: Here is another room that is really going somewhere incredible with its ornate design and dedication to richness. This room starts with chocolate stained hardwood floors and one of the most gorgeous ceilings anyone has ever seen in a kitchen. The arched ceiling is lined with cream colored stones, and in the centre we get a series of skylights to really brighten up this rather den-like room.
Features & Furniture: While I personally find them a little bit dark, you cannot deny the craftsmanship of these hardwood cabinet doors that line the U shaped cabinets as well as the kitchen island. The countertops are made from white stone which is a welcome contrast to the dark features of the room.
My personal favorite aspect is the round table in the centre of the room, with these absolutely gorgeous dining chairs with leather backs, golden studs, and truly incredible framing. But, obviously, we cannot ignore the heavenly tiling at the back of the room. The backsplash is made from a piece of art. While utile, the mosaic of cream and terracotta tiles are obviously the most special part of this room.
Decor & More: Stainless steel appliances bring this room into modernity, while simple decorations like the framed hanging lights make it feel rustic. This kitchen is decorated in just the way that I like: fruits and flowers posing for still lifes.
We have White Webb to thank for this gorgeous kitchen space.

9. The Fantastic Farmhouse Kitchen
Floors & Walls: Yet another gorgeously cozy but elegant kitchen. While some of the choices may not be outwardly Spanish-inspired, the fact that they prioritize elegance and coziness is what really enabled them to be part of the collection in my opinion.
This stunning room starts with warmly stained hardwood floors that match the exposed beams in the ceilings and window framing. Cream colored walls are the perfect accompaniment for rustic wood features.
Features & Furniture: A wooden kitchen island is an adorable addition with tons of storage space and an extended counter, making room for some little bar stools. The classic cabinets are topped with a black stone countertop. Distressed looking stone tiles really contribute towards the coziness of the room.
Decor & More: The lighting does a really good job of elevating the room, with recessed pot lights in the ceiling and some metallic hanging lamps that match the stainless steel appliances. And yet again, the room is decorated in the best way possible with beautiful ceramics and vases of fresh flowers.
We have Allen Construction to thank for this gorgeous Spanish-inspired kitchen design.
10. The Perfect Country Home Kitchen
Floors & Walls: Finally a room that is truly Spanish-inspired! This amazing space starts with diagonally arranged brown tiles for the floors, and cream colored walls that are perfect accompaniment to the exposed hardwood beams and gorgeous wooden framed windows.
Features & Furniture: This spacious L shaped kitchen features cream colored cabinets, green limestone slab countertops and backsplash (absolutely incredible) and some beautiful Mediterranean style tiling for the borders. I love the contrasting kitchen island that features teal siding and a hardwood countertop.
Decor & More: Where this room really enters into Spanish-inspiration is with the decorations and furniture. We see this with the boho-rattan stools, the candle chandeliers, and the dining set with beautifully ornate chairs and a huge table that’s decorated with a very happy and very colorful dining set.
This wonderful kitchen design has been sourced from Design Studio West.
11. The Sapphire & Coffee Kitchen
Floors & Walls: There’s just something so special about this room to me. This is the type of kitchen I would want to have if I were on vacation. The room starts with dark chocolate colored tiles for the floors, and ivory stucco walls that contrast so gorgeously against the exposed hardwood beams, and the arched window frames with hardwood framing. Stunning from head to toe.
Features & Furniture: I think that this particular choice of blue for the cabinets really adds something special to the space, and it feels like such a perfect contrast against the dark brown floors and features. The floating shelves are simply adorable and allow you to show off your best ceramics, while the chocolate colored stone slabs for the countertops feel very elegant.
Decor & More: This perfect space is very simply decorated with a candle-style chandelier, and various vases that are filled with fresh and colorful flowers. So so so SO gorgeous.
This beautiful kitchen was designed by Lewin Wertheimer.
12. The Classic Yet Elevated Spanish Kitchen
Floors & Walls: Though quaint, I think that this room is one of my favorites of the collection (minus that very random sign that says “sorry no free cups”). This incredibly cozy Spanish-inspired room starts with beehive shaped tiles in terracotta, that goes so nicely with the cream colored walls.
Features & Furniture: Beautiful hardwood cabinetry is topped with warm and creamy stone slabs for the countertops. The arched hood vent over the gas stove is such a nice touch, but so is the simple little kitchen island that acts as an extra prepping space. The little line of teal tiles also adds such a fun contrast to the space!
Decor & More: Though this room doesn’t yet feel lived in, I’m sure that it really comes to life with some colorful dish sets and decorative pots and vases.
This amazing room was designed by Style De Vie.
13. The Serene & Sultry Wooden Kitchen
Floors & Walls: We’re finishing off this collection with a really special kitchen design. Modern yet rustic, this gorgeous space is elegantly designed and expertly made. It all starts with super richly stained hardwood floors with an elegant sheen, and creamy walls and a white ceiling.
Features & Furniture: The lightness of the paint really allows for the excessive amount of hardwood in the room. The most gorgeous wood has been used here for the kitchen cabinets, drawers, and even the sweet little rolling butchers block on the end of the kitchen island.
The kitchen island is definitely my favorite feature of the room with gorgeous hardwood drawers, a gas stove top, an under mount sink with a drop faucet, and a white slab for prep space. The portion of open shelving to display all of your favorite dishes is another great touch.
Decor & More: Still just used for display, you can still appreciate the elegant of the vase of fresh flowers, the modern touch of the clear plastic stool, and the fun addition with the blue knobs for the gas stove!
