Actor and humanitarian Sean Penn has listed his Malibu property for sale. Penn bought the property from film producer Robert Chartoff’s former wife Vanessa Howard Chartoff in 2009 for $3.8 million. The home sits on a 1.42-acre parcel in the exclusive Point Dume gated community and is currently listed at $6.55 million.

Penn’s single-story, Spanish hacienda-style home was built in 1960 by famed architect Cliff May. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with keyed Riviera Beach access. The 3,200 square foot beach retreat has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a gorgeous outside area.
