Welcome to our gallery featuring the beautiful modern Lubelso-Robinson home by Canny.
Like the other Lubelso by Canny homes we’ve featured, this beautiful home contains at least 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, multiple main living areas and a two-car garage.
The benefit of owning a Lubelso home is having a sustainable home with an architect’s design–without the hefty price tag. Each room in this home is perfectly and spaciously proportioned, with the ability to adapt the existing floor plan depending on the future homeowner’s needs. The homeowner also gets the ability to fully customize their colors, materials, and even a few features to suit their tastes.
The award-winning Lubelso design offers a premium modern-contemporary home that combines desirable sustainability with luxury and style.
This Lubelso design, the Robinson, is an adaptation of the Malvern–you might notice that the two homes look very similar from the exterior. The homes share a smart design and luxurious elements in addition to their simple design and low price point.
The Robinson is a striking  contemporary home with architectural beauty and curb-appeal that you’d never associate with a pre-designed home. Throughout the home are luxury fittings and fixtures that include European appliances, 3 meter-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and natural stone benchtops. The home also features a neutral color scheme based in white.
We hope you will find this home just as stunning as we do!
The main living area of the home is open-concept. This view focuses on the dining room and the minimalist kitchen in white and black. Perhaps the most stunning feature of the kitchen is the terrarium visible through the glass panels beneath the wall cabinets–a creative way to merge synthetic minimalism with an organic element.
From this angle we can see the sliding glass doors that lead out onto an outdoor patio with a picnic table. We can also see the way the kitchen, dining room, and living room are lined up in a row.
A long hallway branches off between the dining area and the living room area. To the right is a large piece of original art in blue, while on the left is a built-in desk with bookshelves.
Before heading down the hallway, we turn to the right to view the family room, which is dominated by the enormous television in front of the sectional sofa.
As one of the home’s two powder rooms, this bathroom features dark-stained wood panelling and a white granite floating countertop. High end contemporary fixtures add additional luxury.
As we return to the beginning of the home, we see a landing between the foyer and the staircase leading to the second floor. To the right is a small closet.
A neutral color palette rules this spacious primary bedroom with soaring ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling window panels run all along the length of the bedroom and down the small hall leading to the bathroom. Sheer panels provide privacy.
The primary bathroom has every amenity you could want, including a spacious soaking tub, vessel sinks, and sleek brown stone tile throughout.
Viewed in a different light, the tile seems to turn light gray. At the opposite end from the soaking tub is a large glass shower enclosure and the commode.
This delicate and sweet girl’s room features simple furniture and a breezy color palette including pale pink and a light green. An owl and elephant plush decorate the bed.
Back downstairs is the private home office with a small nook full of shelving. An original piece of artwork is displayed prominently across from the desk.
From just outside of the doors of the office, we can see the floor-to-ceiling windows that grace the length of the primary bedroom.
On the other side of the yard the doors slide open to reveal the family room. A thin concrete patio meets the thick, lush grass in the backyard.
The full patio is in white tile with mirrored one-way glass to the right. A modern sculpture adds visual interest to this simple outdoor retreat.
At night the oasis-like pool is lit up with a sapphire glow. Tall glass balustrades close off the pool area from any small children or pets while supervision is lacking.
