Details
This compact cottage design has a clean, classic exterior with simple detailing and a centered front entry that gives it a balanced, welcoming look. The layout is efficient and well-suited for a smaller footprint without sacrificing comfort or usability.
Inside, the living room and kitchen are connected in an open arrangement that keeps the space feeling bright and functional. The kitchen includes built-in storage and a clear work area, with easy access to the covered porch at the rear. The living room sits toward the front and provides a comfortable central gathering space without feeling oversized.
Two bedrooms are positioned on one side of the home, each with vaulted ceilings that help the rooms feel more open. Both bedrooms have convenient access to a centrally located hall bath, and a stacked laundry area is placed nearby for everyday efficiency. A small front porch adds a simple transition into the home and provides additional outdoor use.
