Welcome to our gallery featuring a stunning home by Garrison Hullinger Interior Design.
This home, like most Garrison Hullinger homes, is designed with the architect and builder from the very beginning of the project, which provides superior results; in this case, the home won the 2009 People’s Choice Award for Best Interior Design.
Above is the home’s beautiful, spacious kitchen in white with glossy black quartz countertops.
The island has a sink, warming drawer, and open shelving to store cookbooks. A second, narrower island sits between the open-concept kitchen and the breakfast nook near the expansive windows.
While you peruse through this beautiful home gallery, we hope you’ll notice and appreciate some of the great features of this home, including architectural details like coffered ceilings, fireplaces, and French doors.
Much of this home is based in neutrals, and emboldened by brighter secondary and accent colors, or contrasting elements.
As with all Garrison Hullinger homes, it is designed with superior aesthetics and comfort in mind. From the mudroom to the family room, no detail has been spared. This home is perfect for the growing family, as well as an ideal place for entertaining old friends.
We hope you’ll enjoy this fantastic home.
The other side of the kitchen has yet another countertop with glass-faced display cabinets on either side of the sink. Natural fiber roman shades cover the window above the sink.
A closer look at the dining area adjacent to the kitchen. Three large windows and two on either side of the room let in tons of natural light that keeps the room feeling light and airy. French doors lead into the sunroom; a perfect place for a relaxing cup of coffee on the weekends.
The spacious and bright formal living room has several glass-faced doors topped by transoms. The doors lead out into the beautifully landscaped backyard. The fireplace is flanked by two built-in bookcases on the raised black mantle.
A look at the rear of the living room and into the dining room. Featured is the large pelican painting on the back wall and the other beach and nautical accents.
At the top of the grand staircase is a large landing that has been transformed into a small seating area with a door leading to the balcony. The wall between the landing and the study has a pass-through enclosed fireplace.
The main floor is host to the guest bedroom, which has French doors that lead out into the backyard. The pale mint upholstered bed is topped by bedding of various colors including gray, brown, white, and peach. The enormous button-tufted bench at the foot of the bed has nailhead trim all along the bottom.

A white and robin’s egg blue bathroom with sunny yellow accents. A small bench with storage hooks and a pull-out drawer acts as extra towel storage. The wall-mounted mirror can be adjusted for the perfect angle.
The home office is in a deep, rich blue and features a porthole window on the far left. Glass-faced wall cabinets display sports memorabilia.
The study’s fireplace is shared with the small sitting room at the top of the stairs. A light leather armchair in the corner makes for a lovely reading nook.
