Welcome to our gallery featuring a gorgeous, chic small condo interior design by Garrison Hullinger Interior Design.
This 1000 square foot project proves that with the right layout, even a small space can feel large and comfortable.
This urban condo design is hip, functional and absolutely beautiful. The walls are concrete, and those that are not are painted a pale eggshell for contrast.
The neutrals on the walls, carpeting, and many of the fabrics allow bolder colors to shine, as well as add a modern twist to traditional style furniture.
Also of note in this condo are the exposed vent pipes and support columns throughout the home, so keep an eye out for fantastic architectural details that make this a unique space.
Well placed area rugs add warmth and interest to the hardwood flooring, making living spaces extraordinarily inviting, while muted carpeting invokes a sense of calm in the bedroom area.
This condo is set above the city with expansive windows that give a fantastic view of the bridge and a few other older buildings. The interior design takes full advantage of the way the enormous windows draw the attention and the cozy seating area is the perfect arrangement for enjoying the view and for entertaining.
We hope you’ll enjoy this hip and chic condo interior design that makes full use of a small space.
A close up of the living room’s seating, showing the ornate armchair in a bright salmon with a beige accent pillow. The side table next to it is a barrel-shaped wooden table in a dark veneer with a modern white table lamp.
A view of the living room from the open concept kitchen. The kitchen is modern, with sleek wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island consists of a small cart.
One of the condo’s two bedrooms has a door to a balcony and exposed venting. The long bed has a rolled, upholstered headboard that adds an air of sophistication to the concrete support beam behind the mirrored-front nightstand.
A open bookcase acts as a space separator and has an armchair that matches the chair in the living room.
The master bedroom also has access to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom. Like the other bedroom, this one has a piece of modern art behind the bedroom. The elegant wardrobe on the far wall has a mirrored front.
