Welcome to our gallery featuring the fascinating Brock residence, a home created by G&G Interior Design.
G&G Interior Design, created in 2007 by husband and wife team Charlie & Ramona Griffin, brought over 20 years of experience to this project. The team approaches each interior completely fresh, with no “signature” look weighing them down creatively. Each project is designed uniquely for the customer, and the Brock residence is no exception.
The traditional floor plan is used to its maximum potential, with complementary arrays of color, material, and furniture in adjoined rooms and an expanse of rich hardwood flooring spanning throughout.
Neutral wall tones throughout, beneath white ceilings, allow the detail and focus to be placed on the furniture and decorating itself, with rich solid colors and traditionally elegant materials seen in every space. You’ll notice elements like the thick cushioned leather sofa, marble framed fireplace, and stunning but spare deployment of silver objects.
While we often showcase ultra-modern creations and artfully minimalist projects, it’s just as inspiring to share more comfortable spaces that the average homeowner could picture themselves in. The Brock residence proves this beyond any doubt.
The cozy family room is anchored by this large L-shaped sectional with chaise lounge, standing beneath a set of mirrors and carved wood wall decorations. The living room can be seen at left, with the marble wrapped fireplace standing below a wall mounted television.
Peering over a dark wood end table and leather sofa into the living room, we see a pair of dark upholstered armchairs flanking the marble fireplace. A dark wood mantle stands above, echoing the deep chocolate hue of the table and sofa in this mostly beige space.
Turning around, we see the bright cabinetry in the kitchen beyond the plush dark leather sofa. A pair of silver bodied lamps stand on the slim table, overlooking the sofa and adding bright contrast to the space.
Moving in closer, we catch a glimpse of the rich dark natural wood coffee table, centered on a white shag rug in the living room. Silver candle holders and tabletop treys echo the bright contrast of the lamps.
Moving even closer, we get a close look at the textured pillows on the rich leather sofa, as well as details like the carved wall art and trio of candle holders on the kitchen countertop.
The kitchen, in contrast with the living room spaces we’ve seen, is wrapped in bright walls over white large format tile flooring. An abundance of windows allows natural light to play on the granite countertops and dark stained wood dining table.
