The buyer is Adam Weitsman, a billionaire scrap metal recycling mogul, crypto entrepreneur and philanthropist. Weitsman was represented by leading agent Chad Carroll with Compass, who he connected with on Instagram – and ultimately they closed the deal sight unseen and virtually.
