4518 House consists of three floors and a covered rooftop. It is clad in concrete panels and wooden grid folding doors that create a contemporary feel.
As you enter the home, you are greeted by a staircase that leads to the eat-in kitchen. On its right side is an indoor garden with tall and lush green plants. A smaller garden nook enclosed in white framed glass panels provides a tropical vibe in the kitchen.
The kitchen includes natural wood cabinets and a matching dining set enhancing the serene and cozy ambiance. The living room is separated by a staircase. It provides an intimate gathering space with floor-to-ceiling windows to create a bright and spacious feel.
The bedrooms are also privately secluded. Each room features warm hardwood flooring with white walls and wooden built-ins continuing the contemporary look of the living space. They also have sleek, picture windows that look out the interior garden.
