Yeehaw! The upscale ranch life is calling. Mesa Vista Ranch, former home of T. Boone Pickens, is for sale for $220,000,000. First listed in 2017 for $250,000,000, Pickens hoped to find an owner who would continue his legacy of land conservation and ethics.
Unfortunately, he was not able to sell the property before he passed away on September 11, 2019. T. Boone Pickens had a knack for making money. It came easy for him and he was very motivated. He founded Mesa Petroleum in 1957 and never looked back. He is a legend in the energy industry and one of the most well-known entrepreneurs in America.
