Welcome to our gallery featuring the Pye residence, by Crosby Creations Drafting & Design Services, LLC.

The Pye residence is a fresh design featuring large concrete foundation and lower level with abundant storage and under-home garage space supporting a sprawling ranch style house with a building-wide enclosed deck on the upper level.

The home is full of unique, artsy touches like sea shell laden chandeliers, transparent vessel sinks, and a lavish outdoor kitchenette replete with grill. Unifying the entire space is a nautical, tropical theme with touches like port-hole windows and the aforementioned shells used in varying light sources.

More unique, subtle touches to look for: a cat shaped door built into laundry room cupboard, curio cabinet style glass shelving inside pillars in the dining room, and several small wall-mounted fireplaces in the bedrooms and primary bath.

Metal framed, glass tables abound in every common space. The couches and seating all have splashes of color on decorative pillows, side lamps, and cushions themselves. The house-wide deck features multiple dining areas and an especially fleshed out cooking station. Every major room has its own nautical chandelier.

Details like this not only provide a dramatic theme but draw the whole space together with personality and function in equal measure.
