Welcome to our gallery featuring the fashionable Mansfield residence, a modern home designed by Ceramiche Refin.
This home features a gorgeous porcelain tile floor that is actually made to look like metal.
The Design Industry collection features concrete and oxidized metal look finish tile.
The entire house combines oriental design features with the Hollywood villa style. An exterior garden completes the oriental style atmosphere, and the interior of the home is structured for social events and comfortable living.
The kitchen of this home is designed around the island, which includes a stove and sink. Both placed so that the person working in the kitchen will still have a good connection with the rest of the house, rather than secluded in a separate space.
The large tile flooring helps to highlight each space of the house, while also catching the natural light. The house is designed so that sunlight can spill in through the back of the home and shine throughout the entire interior.
A wood material used for the staircase, closet doors, and other aspects in the home, which helps to balance out each space. This also prevents the metallic theme from becoming too overwhelming.
An open floor plan makes this home a perfect space to live in. From each bedroom, to the kitchen and the living room, each space is designed to be comfortable to live in and easy to entertain guests.
A unique dining room space features an opening to the backyard and patio. The same opening is present in the living room, making this home free flowing and versatile.
Either enjoy a warm living room and while sitting by the fireplace, or open up the sliding curtain to feel the fresh air and enjoy an oriental garden setting. Regardless, both the living room and dining room have been designed for comfort, no matter what the mood may be for the evening.
Take a look through our gallery and discover what other rooms are featured in this home, and see how the interior has been designed to share everything, from general space to the natural light shining through the home.
At the front entrance of this home, you step into an open space with a unique staircase to the side. The floor is textured and compliments the patterns on the wall behind the stairs. Immediately you are greeted with this modern design.
Opposite of the staircase, there is a large kitchen island, complete with a sink and stove. A rich wood grain is wrapped around the outer edge of the island, and also covers the drawers on the inside of the island.
Moving deeper into the house, you will notice that the kitchen island features an eat-in counter. The cabinetry behind the island shares it’s space with kitchen appliances, both follow a stark white color scheme.
This dining space allows you to enjoy the evening air while still remaining in a comfortable interior setting. A large sliding curtain can be pulled out of the wall to create a barrier for this dining room. Otherwise, it shares an open space with the patio and pool area.
In the living room, you will notice that this space also opens up to a backyard and patio area. The L-shaped couch faces the patio opening, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the natural light and fresh air. Multiple shelving units and a modern fireplace is featured on the adjacent wall.
This home also includes an office space, complete with stylish designer chairs and a fashionable modern glass desk. The white and black color scheme make the space both professional and comfortable. A large plush carpet also compliments the surrounding floor.
This bathroom space is open and quite spacious. A single counter is mounted to the wall with cabinets featured below. Two sinks allow for two people to wash up at the same time, and a long mirror runs the length of the countertop. The textured tile floor extends up the wall and to the ceiling.
The bathroom space also features a sophisticated soaking tub, set in front of a large wall of windows, providing a view. The walk in shower is encased in glass and features a wood grain interior, contrasting the rest of the bathroom.
The exterior of this home features a patio space and pool in the backyard, but this upper level deck also includes two couches for lounging in the outside air. The flooring is consistent with that of the interior, and a dark glass railing helps to give the patio space some extra privacy.
