Gallery featuring images of the luxurious Cornwall Penthouse in London, by Roselind Wilson Design. Elegant custom dining, living, bathroom, and bedroom design come together to create a sumptuous but comfortable space.
Welcome to this incredible gallery, focusing on a modern luxurious penthouse crafted by Roselind Wilson Design.
A development known as the Cornwall House, this is a multistory residential apartment located in Allsop Place in Regents Park, London. Roselind Wilson Design was hired to craft the interiors of the Lateral Penthouse, evoking a sense of luxury and affluent living.
The property proudly displays a Classic Contemporary feel, with a soft ambient palette of creams and gold. Accent blues are offset by dark chocolate timbers, warm bronze metal tones, and natural stone, nurturing a sense of immediacy and sophistication.
Roselind Wilson Design won Best Interior Design Show Home, London and Best Interior Design Show Home, United Kingdom for this project at the 2012 International Property Awards.
The bespoke living room shares a large open space in the center of the home with dining and a kitchen off to the side. Here we see a curved grey sofa paired with a marble topped coffee table and white cushion accent chair on white patterned area rug.
To the right, we see a subtly textured sofa paired with an extra wide, white chair and white ottoman coffee table, standing next to a white grid-design art piece on the wall. Soft cream color contrasts with the hardwood flooring and bold white furniture.
With gold, white, and cream accent pillows tying the color dynamic together, the entire space is unified.
Turning toward the dining area in this large open space, we see a grand dark stained dining table flanked with a set of luxurious barrel chairs with brown outer shells and cream cushioning.
The dining space is defined by this lush white rug over the hardwood flooring. A double set of full height windows naturally illuminates the space.
A small corner office space is staked out by this rich, dark wood desk and contemporary cream leather accent chair.
The cozy kitchen sits off to the side, subtly distinguished by its mixture of metallic and glossy white textures, as well as floor to ceiling natural wood paneling. The marble countertop, along with a trio of chrome bar stools, allows for informal dining.
With a direct view, we see the rich textures of natural wood, marble, and beige floor tile combining to define this space. Stainless steel appliances add fine contrast.
In the bedroom the gold accents on white are joined by bold blue tones, as seen on the pillows and oval ottoman at the foot of the bed. Soft sky blue walls brighten the space.
The repeated motif of blues, white, and gold unifies the entire home, while erupting in specific bold places. Another set of full height windows enhances the natural brightness.
In the boldly textured bathroom, we see dark micro tiles and gold marble mixing in a minimalist arrangement. Vessel sink stands below a small shelf and mirror at right.
This secondary bedroom features a mixture of the softest tones in the home, including white, sky blue, and light pink. A large ottoman bench sits at the foot of the bed, while a pair of modern dressers in dark wood with white drawers flank this inviting space.
