The House in Art Deco Style is rich in modern design, while offering nods to more classic design touches in unique accent pieces and a plethora of patterns.
The above classic white kitchen features exquisitely gold-taupe patterned backsplashes that in turn draw your eye to the soft textured padding of the dining room chairs.
The inset of the coffered ceiling keeps with this theme. Modern stainless steel appliances complement the unique square metal drawer pulls and knobs. Lighted cabinetry showcases dishes and curios, while decorative objects on the table draw your eye in and offer a bold splash of color to add further interest to the room.
The rest of the home is awash in neutral taupes with soft textures, opulent chandelier lighting, and luxurious ceiling work. Bolder design elements are peppered throughout to outstanding effect.

This gloriously plush and soft sectional couch offers ample seating for family and guests. Featuring complementary drapery and shades, this room offers a comfortable seating area for conversation and relaxation. Take special note of the area rug and chandelier; the same area rug can be found in the dining room, and most rooms feature a sensational chandelier, bringing a sense of cohesive unity toย the home. A bright painting offers interesting contrast.
Another shot of the living room reveals the pattern of the accent tiling framing the wall mounted television. A dark marbled ledge holds vases and other decorative objects. Skylights allow natural light to flood the room, and from this vantage point we also catch a glimpse of the adjoining dining room.
Theย formal dining room shocks and titillates the senses with its bold design risks. While still remaining true to traditional tones, the crimson red accent chairs, modern tentacle-like chandelier, and bold coordinating artwork offer a welcome respite from the comfortable taupes featured through the rest of the home. The domed ceiling is also a scene stealer, and reinforces the elegance of the room as a whole.
More soft, comfortable neutrals can be found in the bedroom area. A padded headboard is built into the wall along with a floating nightstand. Sconce lighting offers some soft ambiance, but the most interesting aspect of this room is the oblong inset lighting on the ceiling. This elliptical shape is echoed in the vintage frame and artwork above the bed.
The Art Deco theme is particularly apparent in the above office. Featuring a collage of art deco inspired artwork, a striking chandelier, stone masonry, and vintage desk accessories,ย this office is a nod to the design sensibilities of the past while still remaining completely stylish and modern. Once again, we see an outstanding coffered ceiling offering soft lighting.
No luxury home is complete without an equally luxurious family/screening room. The impressively large television should be out of place, but somehow works perfectly with the art-deco inspired modern lines of the furniture, traditional area rug, and dark ceiling with recessed lighting.
