Here’s a closer look at another Drury Design‘ kitchen from our gallery of 32 Custom Kitchens by Drury Design.
This transitional kitchen design is part of a major home renovation in Naperville, IL, crafted as a result of the client’s wishes. The space is perfect for cooking and entertaining with a calm aesthetic.
The fresh design provides ample counter space, a large island with bar style seating, built-in Sub Zero refrigeration, and a camouflaged Wolf range top.
This island includes a sprawling granite countertop designed for prepping and entertaining, with dining space and full built-in sink. The chocolate tone wood cabinetry contrasts with the light cashmere white granite counters.
The entire space is tied together by a full height granite backsplash that is both beautiful and practical. The cabinetry features oversized drawers for ease of access and spacious storage. The oven wall seamlessly integrates a microwave, a warming shelf, and an additional storage closet.
The dark wood cabinetry is balanced by a lighter toned natural hardwood floor. Minimalist steel hardware on the drawers compliments the stainless steel appliances throughout.
The entire space is well lit via a series of recessed ceiling lights and a trio of stainless steal cylinder chandeliers. Large windows and sliding glass door access to patio provide natural light as well.
The oven cabinetry seen here seamlessly integrates the microwave, warming shelf, and additional storage to the right, all in the chocolate toned wood.
